The Framework

Master the 3Ps

Three simple questions, asked weekly, that transform how you make progress on what matters most.

The First P

Plans

"What will you commit to this week?"

This isn't a to-do list. It's a commitment. You're declaring 2-3 specific actions that will move you closer to your One Big Thing. The act of writing them down creates accountability before the week even begins.

What makes a good plan:

  • Specific — "Write 1,000 words of Chapter 3" not "Work on book"
  • Achievable — Ambitious but realistic for one week
  • Aligned — Directly connected to your One Big Thing

Example

This week I will:

  • • Complete the user authentication flow
  • • Send 5 cold emails to potential beta testers
  • • Draft the pricing page copy

Pro tip: If you can't complete it in a week, break it down further. Small wins build momentum.

Example

This week I accomplished:

  • • Finished authentication — users can now sign up ✓
  • • Sent 3 of 5 cold emails (got 1 response!)
  • • Had a breakthrough on pricing strategy

"Progress is often invisible in the moment. Weekly reflection makes it visible."

The Second P

Progress

"What moved forward this week?"

Acknowledge what you accomplished—even if it wasn't everything you planned. Recognition builds momentum. It trains your brain to see progress, not just the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Why this matters:

  • Builds confidence — You're farther along than you think
  • Creates momentum — Small wins compound into big results
  • Reveals patterns — See what's actually working for you

The Third P

Problems

"What's blocking you?"

This is where real growth happens. Name your obstacles honestly—whether they're external blockers or internal resistance. You can't solve a problem you won't acknowledge. And often, just writing it down reveals the solution.

Common blockers to explore:

  • Time — Are you actually too busy, or not prioritizing?
  • Fear — What are you avoiding and why?
  • Clarity — Do you actually know the next step?
  • Energy — Are you burnt out or uninspired?

Example

What's blocking me:

  • • Perfectionism — I keep tweaking instead of shipping
  • • Fear of rejection from cold emails
  • • Unclear on pricing — need to do competitor research

Pro tip: Your AI coach will help you work through these blockers with targeted questions and suggestions.

It all starts with your One Big Thing

Before you can use the 3Ps effectively, you need to know what you're working toward. Your One Big Thing is the single most important outcome you want to achieve—the goal that, if accomplished, would make everything else easier or unnecessary.

Examples of One Big Things:

Launch my SaaS product by Q2
Write and publish my first book
Hit $10K monthly recurring revenue
Get promoted to senior engineer
Build a 6-month emergency fund
Complete my certification program
